It all began in 1956 in a small house on Rosalía de Castro Street, in a welcoming and family-like environment. It was there that Mr. Antoni Francesc Cagigós and Mrs. Mercè Palacín, driven by their passion for education, founded Pàlcam School.

From the very beginning, they wanted to offer education of excellence with educational objectives that connected with the reality of their surroundings.

Over the years, Pàlcam has grown and evolved to meet the needs of an ever-changing world. In 1973, we inaugurated the new building in the neighborhood, with sports spaces and facilities, including one of the first indoor swimming pools in Catalonia. Over the years, our classrooms have been modernized to become highly sought-after spaces. In 2007, we obtained ISO 9001 certification to ensure quality in our educational offerings.

Today, more than 1,200 families trust Pàlcam for their children’s education. Year after year, we remain faithful to our founding values to shape individuals who are whole, committed, and prepared to face the challenges of the future.
