At Pàlcam, sustainability is a fundamental part of our educational approach. We are part of Barcelona’s Network of Sustainable Schools and hold the Green School certification, recognizing our commitment to the environment.
We believe that caring for the planet is everyone’s responsibility and that education plays a key role in forming conscious generations capable of contributing to a more sustainable future.

Sustainable actions
in a daily life

We bring sustainability into the classroom and incorporate it into our everyday activities. Through the Green Delegates, our students actively participate in decision-making and projects that promote respect for the environment.

Waste reduction: We encourage the use of reusable food wrappers for snacks and work to minimize food waste.

Recycling throughout the school: We have designated recycling bins for waste separation and promote the reduction of paper use.

Energy saving: We implement measures to reduce energy consumption and minimize noise pollution.

Impactful activities: We organize Environmental Days, excursions, and workshops to foster active ecological awareness.

Volunteering and family collaboration: We engage families in our sustainability project through initiatives such as environmental volunteering.
